This wouldn’t have big a huge issue but it’s annoying that she knew t he phone wasn’t turned on we called later and she still didn’t answer. The person at the desk was like, oh the phone is silenced so I can’t hear it.” Then she told us housekeeping had left so we couldn’t have a fan. After repeatedly not receiving an answer we went downstairs. We tried to call the front desk to see if they had a fan. If you tried to get a warm shower the handle would move on its own and fall to hot. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except the handle was loose. The shower would have been fine except the handle was backwards. There was a stain that looked like a water splat above the toilet (room 504 in case you’re wondering what room we had). Stayed here for a girls weekend because it was close to venues we were visiting.
